Resizing objects

To resize an object, first make sure you are in object editing mode, select
the cube icon in the toolbar. Next, select the object using either its axes,
or the object selection window. Then select the sizing icon from the toolbar.

Next, you have to select which planes you want to effect when resizing it. For an example, imagine you had a cube, and wanted to make it bigger, through the Z and Y planes (deeper and taller). You would select Z and Y in the toolbar, and leave X unselected. Finally, click the mouse anywhere inside the edit window, but make sure you are NOT clicking onto the axes of ANY objects. Drag the mouse left or right, to make it bigger or smaller.
